Terms of Use
Private beta
Free-Me is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, and billing checkout is not yet enabled. Beta access does not create a paid subscription or authorize a card charge.
Your account and data
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You remain responsible for client data, content, messages, contracts, and records entered into your workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, access another workspace without permission, upload malicious content, interfere with availability, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or use Free-Me to violate another person’s rights.
Payments and agreements
Free-Me helps service providers prepare records and share private links. Each provider and client remains responsible for verifying payment instructions, contract terms, identities, taxes, and legal enforceability. Free-Me is not a marketplace, bank, escrow service, or law firm.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. Keep independent copies of important records. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Free-Me is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from beta use.
Contact and changes
Questions, account deletion requests, or concerns can be sent to support@free-me.app. Material changes to these terms will be presented in the product or on this page.
